This briefer, developed collectively by the Climate Finance Workstream of the Civil Society Financing for Development Mechanism, addresses ten of the most pervasive myths surrounding climate finance. These myths can obstruct systemic progress by promoting false solutions and short-term fixes.  

The document provides a critical examination of these misconceptions, emphasizing the importance of informed, transformative approaches to climate finance. It serves as a resource to foster deeper understanding and support meaningful action toward equitable and effective solutions.


About the Civil Society Financing for Development Mechanism
